The fine print

The following is what you can expect things to look like when we start working together.

• All questions and conversations should be held in the main Slack channel to help everyone learn together, contribute insights, follow your progress, and hold you accountable.
• Mindtrust+ members can DM me for any private matters, although non-private questions should be put into the Slack channel for the same reasons as above.
• I will reply to all questions within 48 business hours.
• To protect people’s privacy, you agree to keep confidential any information or discussions held within the group.
• Payment is due in full before we begin. You can cancel any time prior to your billing date. There are no refunds after your initial 30-day trial under any circumstances.
• You can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
• As time goes on, there may be options to shuffle the group or move to another group. Such cases are within my sole discretion.
• You’re expected to do the work. Your success will depend on your proactive effort into the assignments you’re given and your business overall.
